Inventory and Schedule of Condition Fee:- We can arrange for an inventory by an Independent Inventory Company. Due to the Tenant Fees Act of 1st June 2019, you can no longer charge tenants, therefore, landlords shall be responsible for the cost of a check in when tenants move in and a check out when the tenant vacates and the inventory company carries out their inspection. The cost is dependent on the size of the property (for example a one bedroom flat will be approx. £120 plus VAT). A check out report forms an important part of how the return of your security deposit is arranged. The exact cost will be confirmed prior to agreeing to rent the property. |
